The suspect, identified as Nirankar, allegedly attacked his father, mother, grandmother, and sister amid a heated argument regarding family assets. All four victims succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

According to police reports, the conflict stemmed from a recent land sale by Nirankar's father, which led to demands for a share of the proceeds from Nirankar. The situation escalated quickly, resulting in the horrific attack.

Superintendent of Police (Rural) D.P. Tiwari stated that Nirankar acted out of rage, using a sharp weapon against his family. When his elder brother intervened after hearing the commotion, he too was assaulted and suffered serious injuries. Nirankar was also injured during the altercation.

After the attack, Nirankar reportedly attempted suicide by striking his head against a brick, leading to significant blood loss and unconsciousness. Neighbors alerted the authorities, who promptly transported the injured to a local hospital. Due to his critical state, Nirankar was later transferred to a facility in Lucknow for further treatment. He is currently in police custody as investigations continue.
