Ghaziabad: A heartbreaking incident has emerged from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where the lifeless body of a four-year-old girl was found under suspicious circumstances in the vicinity of the Tila Mor police station.
The police were alerted on the evening of April 11 around 8 p.m. when a patrol team received a report about a child's body discovered beneath a parked vehicle on Bikaner 80-Foot Road.
Upon arrival, law enforcement secured the scene and initiated efforts to identify the young victim.
The investigation revealed that the deceased girl was named Rahnuma, a four-year-old who lived on 60-Foot Road in the Shamshad Garden area of Pasonda.
An Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) from the Shalimar Garden zone stated that the gravity of the situation has led to an expedited investigation, promising that those responsible will face severe consequences.
Preliminary inquiries indicated that the child's maternal uncle, known as Jameel or Chhotu, had taken her from her home under the guise of treating her. It is alleged that he murdered her and disposed of her body in the Shalimar Garden area to hide the crime.
Following a formal complaint lodged by the victim's father, Rashid, a case has been registered at the Tila Mor police station, and legal actions are currently in progress.
Authorities noted that the motive behind this tragic murder remains unclear, and investigators are diligently working to uncover the events leading to this heinous act.
