Baby Elephant Found Dead in Sambalpur
Sambalpur: Officials reported that the remains of a young elephant were discovered in the Sambalpur forest division of Odisha on Saturday.
Harishankar Nayak, the Sadar forest officer, stated, "Upon receiving alerts from local residents about the carcass located in the Surushbadi forest near Mundher village, we promptly proceeded to the site."
He further mentioned, "Determining the cause of death will require an autopsy report."
