Tragic Deaths in Telangana: Father and Daughter Killed in Suspicious Fire
Suspicious Fire Claims Lives in Hanamkonda
In a tragic incident in Telangana's Hanamkonda district, a father and his daughter lost their lives under mysterious circumstances, as reported by local authorities on Wednesday. The victims, identified as Rajasekhar, aged 54, and his 24-year-old daughter Rajashri, were found in their home in Kadipikonda, Kazipet mandal, early Wednesday morning.
Authorities suspect that Rajasekhar's son-in-law, Praveen, may have set the fire due to an ongoing family dispute. Family members have accused Praveen of murdering both his wife and father-in-law. The incident reportedly took place around 4 a.m.
Police quickly arrived at the scene to collect evidence and have since transferred the bodies to a hospital for autopsy. A police spokesperson confirmed that Praveen has been detained for questioning.
In a separate incident in Karimnagar district, the wife of a police officer tragically took her own life. Divya, married to Sub-Inspector Chandrasekhar, reportedly ingested oleander seeds on Tuesday night. Family members rushed her to a local hospital, but her condition worsened, leading to her transfer to a private facility in Hyderabad, where she ultimately passed away.
The motives behind Divya's alleged suicide remain unclear, prompting police to open an investigation and gather statements from her husband and relatives to determine if domestic issues contributed to her actions.
Additionally, in Jagtial district, law enforcement is searching for a man accused of murdering his wife. Vaishnavi, a 19-year-old YouTuber who had recently married Haribabu, 26, was discovered dead in their home in Madhapur village. Reports indicate that Haribabu stabbed her before fleeing the scene, and police have formed special teams to locate him.
