Fatal Collision in Amethi District

On Tuesday evening, a tragic accident in Amethi district resulted in the deaths of two individuals riding a scooter, while another person sustained serious injuries, according to police reports. The deceased have been identified as Monu Yadav, aged 28, and Digvijay Singh, aged 50.

The incident occurred near the bypass turn on the Amethi-Pratapgarh road, close to the Maa Kalika Dhaba. Police officials stated that Shivnath, aged 30, was critically injured and has been admitted to the Community Health Center in Amethi for treatment.

Ravi Singh, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Amethi Kotwali, confirmed that the bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination, and legal proceedings are underway.
