Fatal Collision on National Highway

A tragic incident occurred on Sunday evening in the Jaswant Nagar area of Itawa district, where a father and his two sons lost their lives after being struck by a dumper truck. This information was confirmed by local police.

According to Kamal Bhati, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Jaswant Nagar, the accident took place around 7:30 PM on National Highway 19, near Jamuna Bagh. Vinay Kumar was riding his motorcycle with his two sons, heading to an event when a speeding dumper collided with them from behind.

Eyewitnesses passing by alerted the authorities about the accident. The police arrived promptly and transported the victims to the nearby Community Health Center in Jaswant Nagar, where doctors pronounced Vinay Kumar, aged 40, and his sons Mohit, aged 10, and Nishant, aged 8, from Kaurari Kheda in the Firozabad district, dead. The SHO stated that the bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination, and an investigation into the incident is underway.
