In a tragic event in the Dumka district of Jharkhand, a woman lost her life after colliding with a breakdance ride at a local fair while under the influence of alcohol. The deceased has been identified as 50-year-old Gulabi Devi, a resident of Tongi in the Sangrampur area, belonging to the primitive Paharia tribe.

According to police reports, the woman was reportedly intoxicated and was a regular visitor to the fair held in Saraiya Hat. A police official stated, 'On Tuesday night, she entered the area of the breakdance ride and collided with one of its trolleys, resulting in her falling and sustaining severe injuries.'

The injured woman was promptly transported to Dumka Sadar Hospital, where medical staff pronounced her dead. Authorities confirmed that her body was handed over to her family after a post-mortem examination was conducted on Wednesday.
