Teams from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) have been actively engaged in rescue efforts since last night, although heavy rainfall has complicated their operations.

Among those still unaccounted for are four children, aged between 5 and 15 years. Divers from the SDRF, NDRF, and Flood PAC are conducting thorough searches in the vicinity.

The District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police are closely overseeing the ongoing rescue and relief efforts.

District Magistrate Abhishek Goyal reported that local villagers and police rushed to the scene immediately after the incident was reported.
