The incident reportedly occurred on September 9, 2026, when the woman was filmed without her consent while bathing at Ajaypal Baba Ajaysar Kund. Following the incident, the video was disseminated across social media platforms.

Police Investigation

Under the guidance of Ajmer Superintendent of Police Harshvardhan, specialized police teams utilized technical evidence and monitored social media to identify the suspects. The investigation was initiated after the Ajmer District Social Media Cell became aware of the video's circulation online.

Arrests Made

A collaborative team was established, led by Additional Superintendent of Police (City) Himanshu Jangid and Circle Officer (Dargah) Harshit Sharma, with Ganj Station House Officer Narendra Singh overseeing the operation. Investigators scrutinized social media accounts, Instagram profiles, and mobile phone records associated with the suspects.

Technical evidence and CCTV footage enabled the police to trace the suspects to Machalpur in Rajgarh district, where a raid resulted in the arrest of three individuals.

Identities of the Suspects

The arrested individuals have been identified as Arjun (30) from Gadiya Majara Khoyara, Dayaram (30) from Kundi Beg, and Jujhar (25), also from Kundi Beg. During questioning, the suspects reportedly confessed to recording the video near Ajaypal Kund and sharing it via their Instagram accounts.

Legal Proceedings

The allegations are currently under investigation, and legal actions are being pursued. A case has been filed against the three suspects under Case No. 246/26, invoking relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including Sections 75(2), 75(3), 77, 79, 296(b), 352, and 3(5).
