Thirteen Suspected Bangladeshi Nationals Detained in Gwalior

Police Operation in Gwalior

In Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, law enforcement officials detained 13 individuals on Tuesday under suspicion of being Bangladeshi nationals. This information was confirmed by a police spokesperson.


The detained group includes seven young men, three women, and three children, all of whom were residing in rented accommodations throughout Gwalior.


During a press briefing, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dharmveer Singh stated that the police acted on intelligence received and conducted a targeted operation leading to the apprehension of these individuals. He mentioned that the verification of their documents is currently underway, and legal actions will follow based on the confirmation of their citizenship status.
