Hyderabad, March 31: The film '23', directed by Raj Rachakonda and recognized with the Special Jury Award at the Telangana Gaddar State Film Awards, is set to be shown to inmates across the state.
During a recent felicitation event, Telangana's Director General of Prisons, Soumya Mishra, shared this news, praising the film for its responsible production and the challenges faced during its making.
