Fraud Case Unfolds in Agra


A shocking incident has emerged from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, where a young man was lured into a marriage scam by a remarkably attractive woman. He was invited to meet her, and during their conversation in a car, he was manipulated into parting with two lakh rupees. Following this deceit, both the woman and her accomplice vanished without a trace. The victim promptly reported the incident to the police, who have since registered a case and initiated an investigation.


Marriage Proposal Leads to Financial Loss

Deependra Gurjar, a resident of Ghorira in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, had discussed a marriage proposal for his younger brother, Shivraj, with a woman named Aarti just eight days prior. She had requested two lakh rupees for the meeting. On Friday, Deependra arrived at Ram Bagh with his friend Udal and a driver. At that moment, two men and another individual joined them, introducing Deependra to a stunning woman who immediately captivated him, leading him to agree to the marriage proposal. During this interaction, he was persuaded to hand over the two lakh rupees.


The Deceptive Exit

The woman, identified as Anjali, claimed she needed to step out of the car to speak with her sister. In the process, she took the victim's mobile phone. Deependra and his companions waited for her return, but Anjali never came back, and the others involved in the scheme also disappeared with the money.


Victim Reports the Fraud

Realizing he had been scammed, the victim went to the police station to file a complaint. Following his report, the police registered a case and are actively searching for the suspects involved in this fraudulent act.
