Sri Lanka has revealed its 15-member team for the upcoming ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026, which will take place in England and Wales. The squad will be captained by the seasoned Chamari Athapaththu, who has participated in all nine previous editions of this prestigious tournament, according to the ICC.


The team is placed in Group 2, competing against the host nation England, Ireland, Scotland, West Indies, and the reigning champions New Zealand. Sri Lanka will kick off their campaign on June 12, facing England in the tournament's opening match at Edgbaston.
