In an interview with a private channel, the victim recounted her first meeting with Danish Sheikh in January 2022, as they both attended the same college, leading to a quick friendship that soon escalated.

Danish's Demands for Physical Relations

The victim revealed that in July 2022, during a meeting, Danish unexpectedly demanded to engage in physical relations, forcibly pulling her towards him and kissing her. When she resisted, he proposed marriage, leaving her confused and hesitant to respond immediately.

Religious Discussions and Pressure

After completing her studies, the victim followed Danish's advice and interviewed at a multinational company where both were employed. During this time, Danish's friend Tausif Akhtar and Nida Khan also became involved, often spending time together in the cafeteria.

Discussions about religion began, with Danish and Tausif frequently trying to highlight the differences between Hinduism and Islam, questioning Hindu customs, and pressuring her to convert.

Escalation of Events

The situation escalated in August 2024 when Danish took her to a hotel under the pretext of a bike ride, where he forcibly had physical relations with her. Following this incident, Tausif learned about it and began blackmailing the victim, pressuring her for relations as well.

Tausif's Inappropriate Behavior

Tausif also engaged in inappropriate behavior at the office, making her feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. A significant twist occurred in February 2026 when a woman messaged the victim, revealing herself to be Danish's wife with two children, shocking the victim who had been misled about his marital status.

Ongoing Investigation

Authorities are currently investigating the bank accounts of the arrested suspects to determine if they received funds for illegal activities. So far, seven employees have been arrested, including six men and one woman, while another female employee remains at large.

The police have formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to look into the complaints of eight female employees, and the company has suspended those allegedly involved in the harassment.
