Unexpected Discovery on Wedding Night

In Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, a man was left in disbelief on his wedding night when he discovered something unexpected about his bride. He immediately sought medical assistance to confirm his suspicions. The results of the examination shocked him, prompting him to file a complaint against his wife at the police station. The man is now seeking justice, and the police have initiated an investigation into the matter.

The complainant, identified as Pankhi Jatav, alleged that the woman he married is not a woman but a transgender person. He made this startling discovery during their wedding night. According to Pankhi, he called his father-in-law at midnight to express his concerns, but received no support. After a few days of grappling with the truth, Pankhi sent his wife, Manisha, back to her parental home. However, her family began pressuring him to take her back, with threats from his father-in-law escalating to physical harm.

Pankhi ultimately decided to file a complaint against both his in-laws and his wife, demanding action. He learned about Manisha's transgender identity on their wedding night and informed his older brother, Phoolsingh, and sister, Saroj, the following day. Manisha was then taken to a hospital for a check-up, where doctors confirmed her identity. Shortly after, she was sent back to her family.

Pankhi had lodged a complaint against his wife five to six months ago, but no evidence has surfaced to support his claims. The police station officer, Sunil Rajput, advised the couple to approach the family court for resolution, including divorce proceedings. Meanwhile, Manisha has also filed a petition with the women's cell, expressing her desire to live with her husband and requesting maintenance support.
