Shocking Murder Case Uncovered in Hyderabad: Plumber Arrested After Five Months
Hyderabad Shocker
Telangana: A disturbing incident has emerged from the Malkajgiri area of Hyderabad. A plumber has been accused of murdering a female laborer and concealing her body beneath the kitchen floor, covered with bricks. This grim secret remained hidden for five months until a foul odor prompted the landlord to break down the door, revealing the horrifying truth. The police have apprehended the suspect.
According to the police, the arrested individual is a 47-year-old plumber who lived alone in a rented accommodation, separated from his family. He met the victim at a labor camp, and their acquaintance grew as they frequently consumed alcohol together.
What Happened on December 15?
During police interrogation, the motive for the murder was revealed. On December 15, 2025, the two met at the labor camp. After failing to find work, they drank at a liquor store and later at the suspect's home. While intoxicated, the woman made derogatory remarks about the suspect's personal life, which enraged him. In a fit of rage, he struck her on the head with a stick, killing her instantly.
Concealing the Body
Following the murder, the suspect attempted to destroy evidence brutally. He bound the victim's limbs and neck with rope, dug a hole in the kitchen floor, and covered it with bricks. He then locked the house and fled. Since the woman had limited contact with her family, no missing person report was filed.
The Truth Unveiled After Five Months
The case came to light when the suspect failed to return since December of the previous year, leading the landlord to lose contact with him. On April 17, when the landlord broke into the room, he was met with an unbearable stench. Upon removing the kitchen platform, the dismembered skeleton of the woman was discovered. C. Sridhar, the Deputy Commissioner of Police for Malkajgiri, stated that the police set a trap based on technical investigations and intelligence. Ultimately, the suspect was arrested on May 1 at Jubilee Bus Stand.
