In a disturbing event in the Sadar police station area of Meerut district, a woman named Kausar was murdered, with her husband, Saqib, identified as the prime suspect. The police managed to solve the case within just six hours of the incident.

Domestic Disputes Unveiled

Authorities revealed that Saqib and Kausar had been embroiled in ongoing domestic disputes, often leading to violent confrontations. Kausar suspected her husband of having an affair, which contributed to the tension in their household.

The Gruesome Act

On the morning of the incident, while their three daughters were asleep, Saqib executed his plan. He first scattered household items to create the illusion of a burglary, then used a paper cutter to slit Kausar's throat. Afterward, he attempted to clean the blood in the bathroom, which ultimately became a crucial piece of evidence for the police.

Deceptive Instructions to Daughters

Following the murder, Saqib instructed his daughters to claim that a robbery had occurred if the police questioned them. However, the police found his story suspicious during initial inquiries. This prompted the local police chief and the city SP to devise a strategy.

Swift Police Action

Female officers were sent in plain clothes to speak with the children. In their innocence, the daughters revealed the truth, leading to a clear understanding of the situation. When confronted with evidence, Saqib confessed to his crime. The police arrested him within six hours of the incident and are continuing their investigation.
