On January 11, a man named Jagdish was murdered in Khetapur Jahangirpur, Amroha. His family expressed suspicion towards his wife, Babita, who appeared to be secretly pleased about her husband's death. During police questioning, Babita revealed a shocking motive behind the crime.
A startling incident has emerged from Amroha, where a woman conspired with her lovers to orchestrate the murder of her husband, with whom she had taken vows of marriage. The assailants disposed of the body by the roadside. The police have arrested Babita along with two other accomplices in connection with the case. The body of the 40-year-old man was discovered near the Karampur Mafi village on Amroha Road. The deceased was identified as Jagdish from Khetapur Jahangirpur. Authorities sent the body for a post-mortem examination, which revealed that Babita was involved in illicit relationships with two men named Rihan and Shahnawaz.
Jagdish was aware of these affairs and opposed them. According to police reports, on the morning of January 11, Babita summoned her lovers, Rihan and Shahnawaz, to her home under the pretense of needing medicine. During this time, the accused murdered Jagdish and discarded his body by the roadside. The police have apprehended Rihan, son of Usman, Shahnawaz, son of Salamatullah from Panju Sarai, and Babita. Mobile phones belonging to the suspects were also recovered.
ASP Amroha, Rajiv Kumar, stated, 'On January 11, a body was found in Hasanpur, identified as Jagdish from Khetapur Jahangirpur. Based on the complaint filed, the police registered a case. The investigation revealed that Jagdish's wife had an illicit relationship with Rihan, who, along with his friend Shahnawaz, committed the murder. All three suspects have been arrested and sent to jail.'
