The father recounted, "After my wife's passing, I remarried and began living with my minor son. During this time, a romantic relationship developed between my son and his stepmother. We were completely unaware when they decided to elope and marry. They took jewelry and several valuable items from our home before leaving."


He further mentioned that his son used to show respect to his stepmother, but it remains unclear when their relationship turned romantic, leading to their elopement. The father informed the police that they absconded with 30,000 rupees, jewelry, and other valuables.
