Incident in Narmadapuram
Narmadapuram: A young man from Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, has approached the police with a disturbing tale of love gone wrong. The shocking twist is that he fell in love with another man, who allegedly subjected him to severe trauma.
The story revolves around a 27-year-old from Obedullaganj, who frequently visited his sister's in-laws in Narmadapuram. During these visits, he met Shubham Yadav, a resident of Gwaltohli. Their acquaintance gradually blossomed into a friendship, which turned into a romantic relationship by 2021-22.
Repeated Sexual Encounters
The victim claims that Shubham ensnared him in a web of love, engaging in multiple sexual encounters at a hotel in Narmadapuram. To gain his trust, Shubham allegedly transferred 6 lakh rupees into the victim's bank account. However, he later did something that the victim described as worse than death.
Forced Gender Change
The victim reported that on November 18, Shubham took him to a hospital in Indore's Khajrana area for surgery, where his gender was changed. Following this, on December 25, Shubham summoned him back to Narmadapuram and assaulted him again.
Drugging and Manipulation
The victim further accused Shubham of administering drugs and manipulating him. He stated that he was held captive in Shubham's home for 18 days, during which Shubham performed rituals and assaulted him. The victim also mentioned being taken to a hotel near Meenakshi Chowk four times for similar acts.
Threats and Extortion
Shubham's actions escalated as he attempted to intimidate the victim, demanding 10 lakh rupees as extortion. When the victim refused to comply, Shubham allegedly threatened to kill him, saying, 'If you come to Narmadapuram, I will finish you off. I will set you on fire.' Distressed and fearful, the victim finally lodged a complaint at the Gandhi Nagar police station in Bhopal.

Due to the nature of the case, the complaint has been transferred to the Narmadapuram police station. The SDOP, Parag Saini, has taken the matter seriously and formed two police teams to apprehend Shubham. The police are actively searching for him, but he remains at large.
