In Pune, a shocking incident has emerged involving samosas served at the canteen of Tata Motors' manufacturing plant in Pimpri-Chinchwad. Reports indicate that these samosas were made using inappropriate ingredients, including condoms, gutkha, and stones. This revelation is likely to disturb samosa enthusiasts across the region.

Investigation Uncovers Disturbing Practices

An investigation by local authorities revealed that the canteen's snacks were supplied by a company named Calist Service Solutions. Following the discovery, inquiries were initiated, leading to the registration of cases against five individuals. One suspect has been apprehended, while efforts are ongoing to locate the others.

Malicious Intent Behind the Incident

Further investigation disclosed that the canteen contract was previously held by Tata Motors but was recently transferred to Manohar Enterprises. Two former employees, Firoz Sheikh and Vicky Sheikh, allegedly conspired with the owner to tarnish the reputation of the new supplier by contaminating the samosas with harmful substances.

Arrests Made in Connection with the Case

The Chikhli police have arrested both individuals involved. During questioning, they admitted to mixing gutkha, condoms, and stones into the samosas. They also revealed that they were sent to Manohar Enterprises with the intention of sabotaging the canteen's reputation. Currently, the police have filed charges under IPC sections 328 and 120.
