Disturbing Case Unfolds in Uttar Pradesh

A shocking incident has emerged from Uttar Pradesh, where a woman has accused her husband of having three previous marriages. The woman claims that after their marriage, her stepson attempted to assault her. Following her complaint, the police have registered a case and are currently investigating the matter.

The woman, who got married on July 6, 2023, alleges that her husband failed to disclose his prior marriages and that he has a son. This information was not revealed during their wedding.

Allegations of harassment soon followed, with demands for dowry, including a motorcycle. The woman reported that her stepson had made several inappropriate advances towards her. When she informed her husband about this, he responded with violence, issuing her a triple talaq and forcing her out of their home. Subsequently, she returned to her parental home.

After filing a complaint with the local police station and receiving no response, she escalated the matter to the Superintendent of Police's office. Acting on her complaint, the police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against both the father and son involved. Inspector Gajendra Singh from the Nakhasa police station confirmed that the FIR has been registered and that the accused will be apprehended soon.

In a related incident, the city police have registered another FIR based on a court order. A woman has accused her in-laws of assault, harassment, and robbery. The case names seven relatives, with the woman stating that her marriage took place in the Linepar area of Moradabad. Following her husband's death on February 17, 2022, she alleges that her in-laws began to harass her for dowry. She claims her father-in-law has been making inappropriate advances towards her, despite her having three children.
