Details of the Attack

On October 18, while returning home from a football ground in Juhu, Tiger Shroff's vehicle came under fire with three shots fired at close range. Fortunately, the actor escaped unharmed, but his driver and a nearby blogger sustained injuries.

Investigation Insights

According to investigators, the firearms used in the attack were sourced from a well-organized arms trafficking network spanning Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Mumbai. The pistol and ammunition were retrieved from a pre-arranged location in Amritsar, referred to as a 'dead letter box' in criminal terminology, where items can be left without direct contact.

The Deal

Reports indicate that Anil Pandit, a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, paid local operatives Kunal and Sumit between ₹70,000 and ₹80,000 for this operation.

Courier Strategy

To evade security checks, Kunal enlisted the help of his girlfriend Radha and her colleague Babita, both factory workers from Sonipat, as couriers. They were compensated with ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 from the total amount.

Journey to Mumbai

On October 15, Kunal dropped Radha and Babita off at New Delhi Railway Station, concealing the pistol in Radha's personal bag. Throughout their journey, he maintained contact with them via an encrypted chat application.

Transfer of Weapons

Upon arriving in Dadar, Mumbai, on October 17, the two women checked into a hotel. On the morning of the same day, an unidentified individual collected the bag containing the weapon from Radha, which was subsequently delivered to the shooters who executed the attack on October 18.
