Anand stated that Khan conspired with the landlord to destroy the careers of several teachers, including his own. He insisted that Khan was responsible for sending him to jail and plotting his brother's murder. He has two demands from the government: a CBI investigation into his brother's death and a re-examination of the post-mortem results. Dismissing initial police claims regarding his brother's medical history, Anand asserted that the Patna police had harassed him, emphasizing that his brother was in good health.

Furthermore, Anand alleged that the well-known online teacher operates with the protection of influential politicians, although he refrained from naming anyone. He questioned, "Which leader is shielding Faisal Khan? He spent millions to have me imprisoned. I cannot disclose names, but he has political backing. I am unsure if he is affiliated with the ruling party or the opposition, but he enjoys political protection."

Anand also raised concerns about the sudden wealth of the landlord, claiming that during his imprisonment, his safety was compromised. He pointed out that the landlord's son opened a gym worth millions, questioning the source of this money and alleging cash transactions. Additionally, he claimed there was an attempt on his life through a guard while he was in jail. Dismissing Khan's claims as entirely false, Anand asserted that the investigation records and eyewitness statements during the vandalism inquiry were fabricated as part of a deliberate conspiracy.

He further accused Khan of being deceitful, stating that certain guards were coerced into providing false statements—guards who worked for the coaching center, not for Khan. This rivalry has significantly heightened tensions in Patna's lucrative competitive exam coaching hub.
