Sanjay Singh's Visit to Puri Jagannath Temple
Puri: Sanjay Singh, a Rajya Sabha MP from the Aam Aadmi Party, visited the revered Puri Jagannath Temple on Monday to offer his prayers.
During his visit, Singh expressed his hopes for peace, prosperity, and the welfare of the citizens of Odisha and the entire nation. He referred to his experience at the temple as a significant blessing and felt privileged to seek the divine blessings of Lord Jagannath.
The senior servitor, Hajuri Krushnachandra Khuntia, warmly welcomed Singh at the temple.
While discussing the forthcoming panchayat elections in Odisha, Singh criticized the current law and order situation, attributing its decline to the BJP-led government. He claimed that public trust in the ruling party is waning and emphasized that the Aam Aadmi Party intends to play a pivotal role in the upcoming elections.
Earlier, in Bhubaneswar, Singh participated in a meeting with party workers, where he addressed various issues and urged them to fortify the party's organization in preparation for the elections.
He was honored with an uttariya and received a grand reception from local leaders, including District President Sanjeeb Mohanty and youth leader Satyajit Mohanty.
