On Sunday, Mohan Bhagwat, the leader of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), shared his views regarding the controversy surrounding donations for the Ram Temple. He expressed complete agreement with the statements made by the organization's General Secretary, Dattatreya Hosabale. During a press interaction in Nagpur, when questioned about allegations of donation theft, Bhagwat remarked, "Refer to Hosabale's statement... I share the same sentiment."

Earlier on Friday, Dattatreya Hosabale had issued a statement addressing the issue. He noted that the allegations of misappropriation of funds for the Ram Temple in Ayodhya have deeply hurt the sentiments and faith of the entire community.
