Rousey shared that her training is limited to workouts in her garage, and her priorities have shifted significantly since becoming a parent.


“I am like deep in mom mode. I am not in the studio, you know. I’m working out in my garage, and I’m just trying to reclaim my body from motherhood, you know? I’m just trying to reclaim myself from this amazing thing that women’s bodies are designed to do. After concluding her historic UFC career, Ronda Rousey joined WWE in 2018, quickly winning the Raw Women’s Championship within four months of her debut at Summerslam. She exited WWE in 2019 after losing the main event at WrestleMania 35. Rousey made a comeback in 2022, which ended at SummerSlam 2023 following a defeat to Shayna Baszler in an MMA Rules Match.


At the inaugural Evolution event, Rousey headlined the show, successfully defending her Raw Women’s Title against WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella, who is set to return for the second edition on Sunday, July 13, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, streaming live on both Netflix and Peacock.
