In the note, Epstein seemed to allude to the investigations and the legal proceedings against him, stating: “They investigated for month — found nothing!!!” Another line suggested: “So 16 year old charge results!” The note also contained various emotional and enigmatic remarks, such as: “It is a treat to be able to choose one’s time to say goodbye.” He concluded with: “Time to say goodbye,” and added, “Watcha want me to do — burst out crying!!” The last line reportedly stated: “NO FUN — not worth it!!” This document has resurfaced amid ongoing scrutiny regarding Epstein’s initial suicide attempt in jail.
