Jindal claims that this is the first instance in the state of bringing in the rare Punganur breed. The cows are only 19 months old, and their popularity has surged, attracting visitors from nearby areas, including notable figures like Mahant Dheeraj Giri Maharaj and former state minister Kunwar Sanjay Singh, who have come to see them.
Unique Qualities of the Punganur Breed
Despite their small size, these cows are on the brink of extinction and are known for their unique characteristics. Their diminutive stature and rare traits have made them quite famous. Additionally, the urine and dung from this breed can be sold for a good profit.
