Rajnath Singh Sends Strong Warning to Terrorists Amid Ongoing Operations

Rajnath Singh's Firm Stance Against Terrorism
On Friday, India's Defence Minister Rajnath Singh delivered a powerful message to terrorists, asserting that the nation will no longer be a victim of terrorism. While addressing troops in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, Singh stated, "Operation Sindoor has conveyed a strong message to terrorists and their backers that the new India is resolute and will respond with strength and strategy rather than succumb to terrorism." Singh visited Udhampur to join soldiers for a meal, accompanied by Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi.
Warning to Pakistan Regarding Future Attacks
On Saturday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh cautioned Pakistan that any future terrorist attack on Indian soil would have severe repercussions, emphasizing that 'Operation Sindoor' is far from over and India is prepared to take action against terrorism. Speaking to the troops on the occasion of International Yoga Day, he remarked that 'Operation Sindoor' has sent a clear message to Pakistan that its strategy of inflicting 'a thousand cuts' against India will never succeed.
Continuation of Operation Sindoor
Accompanied by Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi, Singh reiterated, "Operation Sindoor is not yet concluded... Through this operation, we have made it clear that India will not tolerate the continuation of terrorism and that the response will be increasingly severe." He added that 'Operation Sindoor' is an extension of the surgical strikes of 2016 and the air strikes of 2019 across the border, emphasizing that Pakistan's strategy of inflicting 'a thousand cuts' will ultimately fail.
Consequences of Terrorist Attacks on Indian Soil
The Defence Minister stated, "Any terrorist attack on Indian soil will prove disastrous for Pakistan. India is ready to take any necessary action against terrorism." Under 'Operation Sindoor', the Indian Armed Forces targeted terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir during the midnight hours of May 6 and 7. This operation was a retaliation for the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, which resulted in the deaths of 26 individuals.
