Meanwhile, Kaluram, who recently served as Special Assistant to the Rajasthan Minister of State for Energy Hiralal Nagar, has been appointed Registrar of Rajasthan University. He was placed on Awaiting Posting Orders (APO) status on August 12 and has now received a new assignment within a week.

Three RAS officers are currently on Awaiting Posting Orders status: Ashu Chaudhary, Registrar of Rajasthan University; Ranjita Gautam, Secretary of the Rajasthan Textbook Board; and Suresh Kumar Rao, Protocol Officer, GAD Jodhpur. Mahavir Singh-II, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Karauli, has been transferred to serve as Secretary of the Rajasthan Textbook Board in Jaipur, replacing Ranjita Gautam.

The Model Code of Conduct for the upcoming urban local body elections is anticipated to be implemented soon. In light of this, the Department of Personnel has instructed the transferred RAS officers to report to their new roles immediately.

Orders have also been issued to District Collectors and Heads of Departments to ensure that the transferred officers are relieved from their current positions without delay.

Officers have been directed to report to their new postings promptly, with warnings of disciplinary action for those who do not comply with the orders.
