Rahul Gandhi Criticizes Modi and Shah for Silencing Youth Voices
Rahul Gandhi's Strong Remarks Against Government Leaders
Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah of suppressing the voices of the youth. On Friday, he stated that both leaders represent 'India's past' and should be cautious in their dealings with 'India's future.' In the Lok Sabha, the opposition leader has been targeting Amit Shah regarding the actions taken against protesting students in Delhi on July 20.
In a post shared on the social media platform X, Gandhi remarked, 'Modi ji and Amit Shah ji, you cannot silence Generation Z through intimidation.' He further added, 'First, you broke their bones. Now, you are filing cases against them and removing their social media accounts.'
The Congress leader emphasized, 'You both are part of India's past. Be mindful of how you treat the future of India.' Earlier this week, Rahul Gandhi held Amit Shah accountable for the 'brutality' faced by students in Delhi, calling for his dismissal from office. He also demanded that an inquiry into the incident be conducted by a high-powered committee under the supervision of the Supreme Court.
