Rahul Gandhi Criticizes Election Commission at INDIA Alliance Rally
Rahul Gandhi's Strong Remarks at the Rally
In New Delhi, during a significant rally organized by the INDIA alliance at the historic Ram Leela Maidan, Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, launched a fierce critique against the central government and the Election Commission of India. He asserted that there has been a persistent pattern of vote manipulation and fraud in elections over the past several years.
Addressing the crowd, Gandhi pointed to the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, as well as the upcoming 2024 general elections, alleging that the results of these elections had been tampered with.
With a commanding presence, he directly targeted Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, assuring the audience that his predictions always come true. He expressed confidence that Kumar would be removed from his position and would face imprisonment.
Gandhi further claimed that without Kumar's involvement, neither Narendra Modi would have become Prime Minister nor Amit Shah would have held the position of Home Minister.
Raising serious concerns about the integrity of the 2024 general elections, he presented data indicating that approximately 15% of voters had been systematically removed from electoral rolls across the country after the elections. He labeled this action as 'vote theft' and declared the upcoming elections illegal, asserting that the manipulation of electronic voting machines (EVMs) and voter lists was an ongoing scheme to undermine the public mandate.
Additionally, Gandhi criticized the government's handling of the economy and the centralization of resources. He referenced Indian culture, stating that just as Lord Shiva's procession welcomes all beings, he envisions an inclusive India. He lamented that farmers are deprived of their rights despite their hard work, students studying for long hours struggle to find jobs, and laborers are left helpless. He accused the current system of concentrating the nation's wealth and resources in the hands of just two or three major industrialists.
