Since his arrival during the I-League campaign, now referred to as the Indian Football League, Lhungdim has been integral to the club's development over the last four seasons. He played a significant role in the team that won the I-League, marking a historic promotion to the Indian Super League.

Lhungdim has made a total of 85 appearances for Punjab FC across various competitions, contributing one goal and seven assists.
