In Puducherry, voting commenced across all 30 assembly constituencies, with a voter turnout of 17.41% reported by 9 AM. The polls opened at 7 AM in Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe, and Yanam, where approximately 950,000 voters will determine the fate of 294 candidates.
