Prime Minister Modi Distributes Over 51,000 Job Letters at Rozgar Mela

New Delhi, Sep 19: During the 20th Rozgar Mela, Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented over 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited individuals across various government sectors. The recipients expressed their joy and gratitude towards their families and the government for this significant opportunity.
In Ahmedabad, Gujarat, several new appointees shared their experiences after receiving their letters. One individual, appointed as an Inspector in the Income Tax Department, expressed heartfelt thanks to their parents and God, acknowledging the Prime Minister and officials for their support.
Another appointee remarked, “It’s a wonderful feeling. Being selected for the Income Tax Department is a moment of great joy for my family and me. This recruitment process is timely and crucial for the youth's career paths.”
In Bengaluru, Karnataka, new recruits also shared their excitement. One candidate stated, “I’m thrilled! After a long wait filled with hard work, I’m finally here. As contributors to the nation, we aim to meet the government's aspirations, especially those of the Prime Minister.”
Another candidate expressed gratitude for the support received throughout their journey, stating, “Today marks the culmination of years of effort, and I’m thankful to everyone who helped me along the way.”
One appointee highlighted the responsibility that comes with their new role, saying, “While it’s a relief to receive this appointment, it also carries a significant responsibility. In the Income Tax Department, every penny counts, and I will strive to serve the public diligently.”
In Pune, Maharashtra, candidates echoed similar sentiments. One individual, selected as a Scientist B at DRDO, shared their happiness, stating, “My family is overjoyed, and I owe my gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for creating job opportunities for many young people like me.”
Prime Minister Modi, while addressing the gathering, emphasized that India’s talent has gained global recognition, and the world holds high expectations for the nation’s innovators and youth. The event saw participation from newly appointed candidates at 45 locations nationwide, who will join various Ministries and Departments, including the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of Defence.
