The schedule for the 2026-27 Premier League season was revealed on Friday. Defending champions Arsenal will kick off their campaign against newly-promoted Coventry City, who are returning to the league after a 25-year absence, on August 21 at the Emirates Stadium.
On August 22, Hull City, another team newly promoted to the Premier League, will face last season's third-place team, Manchester United, at the MKM Stadium. Ipswich Town, which also gained promotion by finishing as runners-up in the Championship, will take on Sunderland at Portman Road Stadium.
