CJP Founder Challenges PM Modi to Disclose Academic Credentials

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Aug 3: Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), announced on Monday his willingness to publicly share his scholarship and education loan documents from his studies in the United States, provided that Prime Minister Narendra Modi reveals his academic qualifications.

During a press conference, Dipke expressed transparency regarding the financial aspects of his higher education and challenged the Prime Minister to reciprocate by disclosing his own educational background.

"I am prepared to present my scholarship and education loan documents. Will PM Modi reveal his degree?" Dipke questioned.

Having returned to India in June after completing his studies, Dipke reiterated his readiness to make all pertinent documents available to the public if the Prime Minister did the same.

"I am willing to show my scholarship and education loan letters along with my degree. PM Modi should also disclose his degree publicly. If he does, I will follow suit," he stated.

These comments follow an inquiry initiated by an RTI activist from Surat regarding the financial support for Dipke's education abroad, which involved his father, a retired government employee.

In response, Dipke accused central investigative agencies of being misused against government critics.

"Whenever individuals voice dissent against this government, agencies like the ED and CBI are dispatched. They can come to my home for an investigation. I am ready to show my documents, but if the PM is sending the ED, he should also disclose his degree," he asserted.

"My degree is legitimate, and I expect that PM Modi's degree is also valid," he added.

Dipke pursued a postgraduate degree in Public Relations at Boston University's College of Communication, funded by a scholarship and an education loan.

"I received a scholarship from Boston University for my education and took out a loan that needs to be repaid. Everyone is welcome to investigate," he remarked.

When asked if the Cockroach Janta Party would evolve into a political entity, Dipke clarified that there are no current plans for such a transition.

"I believe the media is disillusioned with the current political parties. We do not intend to become a political party at this moment and prefer to maintain our status as a public movement for now," he concluded.
