BMC Elections Overview
Voting for the crucial elections, which include BMC and 29 other municipal corporations, is scheduled for January 15. The counting of votes will take place on January 16. This follows the recently concluded municipal council and municipal panchayat elections, the results of which were announced on Sunday. The ruling Mahayuti alliance achieved a significant victory in these elections, comprising the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena, and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) led by Ajit Pawar.
