PM Modi Inaugurates HPCL Rajasthan Refinery, Offers Jobs to Youth
Inauguration of HPCL Rajasthan Refinery
On July 4, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery in Pachpadra. This significant event was broadcast live during a district-level program held at the Barmer district headquarters. As part of the employment festival, appointment letters were distributed to 1,180 young individuals across various departments.
The district-level event took place at the Government College and was attended by notable figures including former Union Minister Nihalchand Meghwal, District Collector Chinmayi Gopal, Superintendent of Police Choonaram Jat, Additional District Collector Ravindra Kumar, UIT Secretary Vivek Vyas, and Additional Superintendent of Police Nitesh Arya, along with numerous public representatives, departmental officials, and a large gathering of citizens. Attendees expressed that the refinery's inauguration is a significant boon, particularly for the youth in the rural areas of Barmer and Balotara, as it promises local employment opportunities and will accelerate the region's social and economic development.
During the district-level program, symbolic appointment letters were handed over to 16 selected youths by the guests. The event was coordinated by Additional District Education Officer Bhagwan Barupal.
Showcasing Government Achievements
The district-level program also featured exhibitions highlighting the achievements of both the central and state governments, along with various development schemes and initiatives for public viewing.
