Indigenous Achievements in Defense and Aviation
During June, India celebrated major milestones in the defense and aviation sectors. PM Modi announced the induction of three new indigenous ships—INS Dunagiri, INS Sanshodhak, and INS Agra—into the Indian Navy at an event in Kolkata. Notably, the entire process from design to manufacturing was 'Made in India'. Additionally, the C-295 aircraft, being produced domestically, successfully completed its maiden flight, with 40 such planes being manufactured, boosting the aerospace sector and creating job opportunities for the youth.
Public Support for PM's Initiatives
PM Modi expressed gratitude for the public's response to his appeal to refrain from purchasing new gold and to conserve petrol and diesel. Affordable Government Insurance Schemes

He mentioned the 'Prime Minister's Security Insurance Scheme', which offers 2 lakh rupees of accident insurance for an annual premium of just 20 rupees, with over 5.8 crore people enrolled. Additionally, the 'Prime Minister's Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana' provides 2 lakh rupees to families in case of unforeseen events for a daily cost of just 1.5 rupees, benefiting more than 27 crore individuals.
Nagaland's Unique Baby League
Finally, PM Modi praised Nagaland's 'Baby League', which, despite its name, is an impressive football league for children aged 5 to 12. Established three years ago, its goal is to engage young children in football, enhancing their skills and positively shaping their personalities.
