PM Modi Criticizes Opposition Amid Global Energy Crisis

In a recent address in Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the opposition for politicizing the ongoing global energy crisis. He reassured citizens about India's ability to handle the situation effectively while urging unity against misinformation. Modi highlighted significant renewable energy projects and the strategic importance of the Desa Airbase, emphasizing the need for responsible action from all citizens. The Prime Minister inaugurated various development projects worth over ₹19,000 crores, aimed at enhancing infrastructure and security. His message focused on resilience and collective strength in overcoming challenges.
 

Prime Minister Modi Addresses Gathering in Gujarat

During a public meeting in Nani village, located in the Vav-Tharad district of Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a strong critique against the opposition, accusing them of politicizing the situation in West Asia. He emphasized that the nation is currently facing a global crisis, yet certain political parties are attempting to exacerbate the situation through fear and misinformation. Modi reassured the public that India has managed this challenging scenario in a balanced manner, urging citizens not to panic.


Global Energy Crisis and Political Exploitation

Recent conflicts involving the United States, Israel, and Iran have intensified the global energy crisis, leading to significant increases in fuel prices across various nations. The Prime Minister stressed the importance of national unity during such times, criticizing parties like Congress for trying to exploit the situation for political gain. He labeled the opposition as 'vultures of politics,' accusing them of spreading rumors that cause long lines at petrol stations.


India's Resilient Foreign Policy

Modi highlighted that India has maintained control over the situation thanks to its robust foreign policy and the support of its citizens. Despite global disruptions in energy supply, India has managed to keep its circumstances more stable compared to other countries. He asserted that the nation's unity is its greatest strength in overcoming any crisis.


Future of Renewable Energy in India

In his address, the Prime Minister also claimed that India is poised to lead the world in renewable energy in the near future. He referenced large renewable energy projects being developed in Kutch, stating that these initiatives will bolster the country's energy security.


Strategic Developments and Infrastructure Projects

Additionally, Modi mentioned the strategic importance of the Desa Airbase, which had been stalled for years due to previous administrations. He noted that the project is now progressing rapidly, enhancing security along the western border and contributing to regional development.

During this visit, the Prime Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation for various development projects worth over ₹19,000 crores.
