According to Iran's state media, the country has initiated the 66th phase of Operation True Promise, deploying five heavy and multi-warhead missiles. Reports of drone and missile attacks have also emerged from the Gulf region and West Asia. The IRGC stated that this phase of Operation True Promise involved significant retaliatory actions targeting Israeli and US military installations in the region using various missile systems.


Iran's Response to Israeli Attacks

In light of these developments, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif remarked that Tehran has only utilized a fraction of its capabilities in response to Israeli strikes, emphasizing that restraint was exercised to reduce tensions. He warned that any further attacks on Iranian infrastructure would not be met with the same restraint. The military stated that it struck Syrian infrastructure in response to assaults on the Druze population in southern Syria's Sweida. The Syrian state news agency SANA has not yet confirmed the attack, marking Israel's first strike on Syria amid its ongoing conflict with Iran and the US.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed appreciation for the patience of citizens amid the ongoing conflict in West Asia. He stated that efforts are underway to gradually reopen schools with 'responsibility and prudent decisions.'
