Key Meeting on Odisha's Development


Bhubaneswar: On Saturday, Odisha's Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi held a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi, where they addressed various developmental matters concerning the state.


During his visit to Delhi, Majhi expressed his appreciation for the Prime Minister's consistent support towards the advancement of Odisha.


He stated, "We engaged in significant discussions about developmental initiatives in Odisha, future plans, and enhancing collaboration between the Centre and the state to boost overall progress. Both the Centre and the state are dedicated to realizing the vision of a prosperous Odisha and a developed India," as shared in a post on X.


This meeting follows Majhi's previous encounter with Modi during the Prime Minister's visit to Odisha on June 20, which marked the first anniversary of the BJP government in the state.


Additionally, Majhi met with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday.
