On Saturday, Vikas Sharma, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Civil) and Election Officer, conducted the oath-taking ceremony for the newly elected members of the Panchayat Samiti in the Bharmaur block.


During this significant event, all members took an oath to uphold the Constitution and committed to performing their duties with integrity, fairness, transparency, and a strong sense of public service.


In his address, SDM Vikas Sharma congratulated the members warmly and highlighted the crucial role of Panchayat Samitis in fostering rural development, effectively executing welfare initiatives, and tackling local challenges. He encouraged the representatives to engage actively, work with vision, and contribute to comprehensive and sustainable growth in the area.


Sharma also urged the members to ensure that government funds and resources are utilized transparently and judiciously, enabling the maximum number of eligible beneficiaries to access welfare programs.
