Murder Investigation Launched After Domestic Worker Killed in Delhi

A disturbing murder case has emerged in South-East Delhi, where a domestic worker was killed by her employer, who accused her of practicing black magic. The suspect, a dermatologist, has been arrested and is currently being interrogated by the police. Tragic Incident in Kailash Hills

On Thursday, police reported a shocking incident that occurred in Kailash Hills, South-East Delhi, where a 45-year-old domestic worker was brutally murdered by her employer. The attack took place on Tuesday morning, with the suspect identified as Dr. Manish Gupta, a 50-year-old dermatologist. Authorities have taken Dr. Gupta into custody for questioning regarding the incident.


Deputy Police Commissioner Hemant Tiwari stated that a neighbor alerted the police after discovering a woman lying in a pool of blood. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, later identified as Meena, deceased at the scene. Tiwari noted that the suspect was present at the location and was found sitting near the body. He confessed to striking the victim with a bat and subsequently stabbing her.


Investigators revealed that the suspect accused Meena of practicing black magic, which led to the violent confrontation. The weapons used in the crime have been recovered, and a second team has been dispatched to further examine the scene. A case has been registered, and the investigation is underway.
