UPSC Civil Services Exam Results Announced


New Delhi: Anuj Agnihotri has emerged as the top scorer in the Civil Services Examination for 2025, with results released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Friday.


Following him, Rajeshwari Suve M and Akansh Dhull secured the second and third positions respectively.


In total, 958 candidates have successfully qualified for the examination and are recommended for various central civil service roles, as stated by the Commission.


The UPSC conducts this examination annually in three phases: preliminary, main, and interview, to select candidates for prestigious positions such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS).


The Commission noted that the candidature of 348 of the recommended candidates remains provisional.


The Centre had indicated 1,087 vacancies available to be filled through this examination.


Additionally, the UPSC has established a 'facilitation counter' at its campus near the examination hall.


Candidates seeking information or clarification regarding their examinations or recruitment can visit in person or call the provided telephone numbers on working days from 10 am to 5 pm.


According to the statement, the marks will be accessible on the website within 15 days following the announcement of the results.
