Incident at a Dhaba in Baghpat

In Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, law enforcement apprehended an individual on Friday for allegedly spitting on bread while it was being prepared at a roadside eatery. This information was confirmed by a police official.

The action was taken following the circulation of a video on social media. Rohan Chaurasia, the Circle Officer of the Khekra police station, stated that the footage was recorded at a dhaba located on Pathshala Road in the Khekra area, showing a man spitting on the bread.

Upon the incident coming to light, authorities registered a case against the suspect under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The accused has been identified as Anas, a resident of Baghpat district. Police have successfully arrested him.
