The award ceremony took place during the Maharishi National Cultural Festival, which occurred from October 24 to 26 at the Maharishi Centre for Educational Excellence in Bhopal (Lambakheda). The three-day festival saw enthusiastic participation from around 450 students from various schools nationwide, who displayed their exceptional talents.

At this event, the National Camp Office recognized Maharishi Vidya Mandir School, Kangra, with the First ‘Best School’ Award in the Secondary State Board Category. The esteemed award was presented by the Hon’ble Chairman and Ved Vidya Martand, Brahmachari Girish Verma Ji, to the school’s Principal, Ms. Kumari Pooja Sharma, along with a cash prize of ₹1,51,000.
