In a commendable display of integrity, Nek Chand Thakur, a local vegetable seller and member of the 84 Vyapar Mandal Bharmour, returned a lost kitty set to its rightful owner, an elderly resident of Hadsar Panchayat.




Reports indicate that the woman's kitty set was misplaced near the entrance of the historic Chaurasi Temple in Bharmour, where Nek Chand discovered it. He took the initiative to safeguard the item and actively sought out the owner. After confirming her identity, he returned the kitty set to her in front of trade union representatives and fellow vendors.




Among those present were Mahinder Patyal (President), Manoj Thakur (Vice President), Rajesh Sharma, and other members of the trading community. The elderly woman and her family expressed their deep appreciation, commending Nek Chand for his honesty.
